Musical Director John Weeks

Since retiring as Head of Thetford Grammar School in 2005 (and when not in the garden), John has relished chances to indulge his triple enthusiasms, for literature, theatre and music. As well as singing with MVC, Norfolk Gallery Quire, The Minister’s Vision and Thetford Singers, he has directed the Barnham Players, was Coordinator of the Tom Paine 200 Celebrations and convenor of the Common Sense Club and edited the memoirs of Bernard Tickner, the maker of Fullers Mill Garden, West Stow. He is currently Director of Thetford Voices, the singing programme for children and young people, for whom he has devised a number of Music Theatre shows.
